Caliciviridae
Calciviridae is of genome type postive-sense-ssRNA and is hosted by both
vertebrates and invertebrates. It consists of the genus:

Calicivirus
and the unassigned viruses:
- Amyelosis chronic stunt virus (insects)
- Bovine enteric calicivirus
- Fowl calicivirus
- European brown hare syndrom virus
- Human calicivirus
- Mink calicivirus
- Primate calicivirus (Pan-1)
- Porcine enteric calicivirus
- Reptile calicivirus (Cro-1)
- Walrus calicivirus
This lab concentrates on the study of
caliciviruses.
