There are two airports in Houston. Hobby airport is closest to the University of Houston campus whereas Bush Intercontinental airport is about 20 miles away, but is larger, with more flights. You can find driving directions from either airport here.
Upon arrival, you can take an airport shuttle or taxi to the hotel. Alternatively, Pedro Parilla, a limo driver can pick you up in the airport terminal for a fixed fare. The fare from Bush Intercontinental airport is $60.00 and from Hobby airport is $45.00. Pedro's flat rate is less than cab fare. Mention the workshop and/or Wah Chiu's name to get the special rate. He will meet you in the Limo pick-up area holding a sign that says “Baylor”. If you miss him, call his cell phone as listed above.
