Position
I am a postdoctoral associate in the biochemistry department at Baylor College of Medicine.

Current Work
I work in Dr. Prasad's Lab on determining the structure of all sorts of lovely viruses that give you diarrhoea!!  There are many pretty pictures of these viruses on the Prasad Lab WebPage.
Education
Graduated from London University (Royal Holloway and Bedford New College) (wonderful building) in 1993 with a B.Sc in Biology.
Graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1994 with an M.Sc in Biological Electron Microscopy.
Graduated from Oxford University (St Cross College) with a D.Phil (PhD to the rest of the world).   I was working with the Lab of Molecular Biophysics with Dave Stuart.

Personal Stuff
I live in Houston with my husband Laurie.  He's currently doing his commercial pilots exams at San Jacinto College, Pasadena, Houston.
We both go to Houston First Baptists church here in Houston.  We are in a 'Sunday School' which is in the Married Young Adults section.  There are some great people there.
